Taira never disappoints! Her cupcakes are always moist fluffy, with creamy frosting, and flavor profiles that are balanced and delicious. Every time I try a new flavor, it becomes a new favorite! I'd never had a tres leches cupcake before, but it was hit in my house! It perfectly captured the flavors of tres leches in the pretty package of a tasty cupcake! The lemon curd was flavorful and sweet, an ideal dose of lemony goodness and citrus sparkle in a cupcake! the honey vanilla was classic and sophisticated, with just the right amount of sweetness. Even her carrot cake was outstanding, and I can honestly say I'm not usually a fan, but I really enjoyed hers! You really can't go wrong with any of them!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Taira at Hazel House Patisserie for our daughter's 16th birthday, and the experience was exceptional. We ordered the honey vanilla cupcakes and the completely exceeded our expectations. The flavor was rich, bold, and incredibly fresh. It truly felt like you could taste every ingredient.
